Privacy Policy

The short version

Tools run in your browser. Your business details, customers, invoices and other data are kept in your browser’s local storage on your device. They are not sent to us.

When data leaves your device

• Business lookups (ABN / Companies House): the search term is sent via our server to the official register to fetch results.
• Optional AI polish in the reply writer: the draft text is sent via our server to an AI provider (OpenRouter) to reword it. We don’t store it. Don’t include private details.
• Country suggestion: we read the country code your connection comes from (via Cloudflare) to suggest a country. We don’t store it.

What we collect

• Cookie-free visit counts using self-hosted analytics. No cross-site tracking.
• Server logs for security, kept for a short time.
• Anything you send with the feedback form.

Cookies and ads

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies today. If we add advertising or affiliate links in future, we will update this policy, label them clearly and ask for consent where the law requires.
